We reserve the right to modify or cancel trips due to weather, force majeure, operational issues, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, suitable alternatives or refunds will be offered as per policy.

Wander Sutra will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from circumstances beyond our control. Travelers are advised to obtain personal travel insurance.

8. Prohibited Activities

Any unlawful, unsafe, or disruptive behavior during trips or on our platforms is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of service without refund.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
