Cancellation & Refunds Policy

1. Cancellation by Traveler

  • More than 15 days before departure: 80% refund of the package cost.
  • 8 to 14 days before departure: 50% refund of the package cost.
  • 7 days or less before departure: No refund.

Note: Booking/service fees and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

2. Partial Payments and No-Shows

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the specified due date or not showing up for the trip will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.

3. Cancellation or Changes by Us

In cases of force majeure, unsafe weather conditions, operational concerns, or insufficient bookings, we may reschedule, modify, or cancel a trip. You may opt for an alternative date/package or a refund as per the situation.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible.
  • Payment gateway fees and taxes are not refundable.
